After a thriving fast-paced career at companies including Continental Properties, Keller Williams and Becker Realty, Richard quickly parlayed his knowledge of residential and commercial real estate to a business concept that encompassed all the needs of his high-end clientele including real estate sales, estate management and renovation/construction management. Richard’s early success in residential sales has continued to increase yearly. Not only has he sold one of the most expensive properties on Singer Island not once but twice, but he has also managed several editorial-worthy construction projects including the 3-year build-out of a penthouse at The Ritz-Carlton Singer Island, many remodeling projects of vacation homes in Frenchman’s Reserve, and many more.

Attracted to the real estate industry because of the constant change and relationship-building aspects, the 30-something Palm Beach Shores resident’s desire to explore a new kind of property company grew as his exposure to the industry did too. It was Richard’s progressive thinking, thirst for knowledge and trustworthy nature that made 1M Group grow so quickly. He was born and raised in Florida, but it was Richard’s global travels, design skills and expertise, and entrepreneurial temperament that attracted his clients to his company. His dedication and commitment to his clients didn’t go unnoticed and those clients quickly referred him to colleagues, friends and family many times over. These days, Richard’s hand-selected team knows just how to handle his ultra-exclusive clientele and their specific taste levels.

As a Palm Beach County native, Baret Barry has been enjoying the South Florida lifestyle her entire life. So it comes as no surprise that her expert knowledge of the subject led her to a new career in Florida’s estate management and luxury real estate industries.

Baret has a master’s degree from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University. After college, she spent a few years working in Eleuthera, before returning to her roots in South Florida, where she is currently the co-owner of H2Overboard, LLC.

As a former business manager, grant writer, and even the co-founder of a private school in The Bahamas, Baret’s diverse career path allowed her to develop all the skills needed to construct a career as VP of Operations for 1M Group’s rapidly-growing estate management division. Her passion for the local area and strength in sales are the keys to her dual role as transaction coordinator for the 1M Group Luxury Real Estate Team.

Baret’s instincts and ingenuity give her the edge over the competition, while her love of travel provides her a connection to her discerning clients. Her focus on philanthropy is evident through her many charitable involvements both locally and in The Bahamas. These days the Palm Beach Gardens resident can be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband when she’s not managing the busy 1M Group office in Jupiter.




For Andrea Leslie life has always been about balance. As a former CPA, she’s no stranger to balancing budgets. And now as a wife and mother of two young children, balance has taken on a whole new meaning.

After the birth of her second child, Andrea decided to take her career in a new direction. She knew her analyst inclinations and data-driven career experience coupled with her attention to detail would serve useful in many industries. But it was her desire to incorporate her outstanding people skills and vibrant personality into her daily work that led her to 1M Group. Applying her knowledge and experience to the world of real estate in Northern Palm Beach County led her to acquire her Florida real estate license and join 1M Group’s growing Luxury Real Estate division.

Andrea has both a BS and a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and is fluent in Spanish as a native of Lima, Peru. In her former position as a Senior Manager at Daszkal Bolton LLP in Jupiter, she worked with clients in several industries including real estate and development, construction and more. Her current real estate clients appreciate her ability to focus on the numbers beyond the sale price. She is a fierce negotiator and her clients value her opinion and seek her expertise. As a resident of Palm Beach Gardens, Andrea knows the area like a a local and built her business on referrals. She specializes in family neighborhoods and luxury estate homes for clients looking to her for insight and value beyond the traditional sales approach.
